3. Vehicle Condition, Possible Claims

• 1) Our professional mechanics thoroughly inspect the vehicles in the TOPRANK stock before any sale.
• 2) In case, the customers choose to purchase the vehicles from the Auction houses, the customer should understand all information (e.g. grade, score, conditions) mentioned in the Auction Sheet. TOPRANK will support it, however we are not responsible for any of that information.
• 3) the Customer understands that the vehicle is being sold “AS-IS”, and with all faults.
• 4) the Customer agrees that the Dealership will not be liable for any defect which occurred on the vehicle with repair records.

4.Cancellations

• 1) In principle, cancellation after purchase/BID won is not accepted. For a BID deal, please refer to the separate BID agreement.
• 2) In case, you wish to cancel a vehicle you have purchased from our stock or by order, your deposit may not be refunded, once your order is confirmed (payment for deposit or full payment shall be deemed as confirmation of the said order).

5.About payment

• 1) Please note that we mainly accept payment by telegraphic Transfer; we do not accept web-money / Kiwi / PayPal etc.
• 2) Our account is held in Japanese Yen, so we recommend you to make payment in Japanese Yen. If you should use other (hard) currency, our bank will automatically convert the payment to Japanese Yen using the bank's actual exchange rate as of the day of the transaction please note that conversion costs vary by countries. e.g. 1500 Japanese yen will be charged in case of having a transaction from the U.S.
• 3) A Letter of Credit is also accepted for some countries, please contact us for details.

6. Copyright

• The data and copyright of images, videos, texts, sounds, etc. on our website are our own property or the property of others who have approved use on this website. Therefore, use of these media on other websites or printed publications, etc., is expressly prohibited.
